I have added a survey and audit spreadsheet on the NCQLP site under Audit and Survey.
This is typical of what companies might use when the go into a company and perform a survey to determine if a retrofit is viable.

I got it.
It seems like a lot of time consuming preparations for a complete evaluation. How do you get paid for that time would be my question?
